Refund policy

Last updated 9 October 2026 · KidQuest Studio is sold by Leo Sterling, [address — Admin → Settings → Business details] · Support: leo@leosterling.net

30 days, no questions asked

If KidQuest Studio is not for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and you get the full price back. You do not have to give a reason. Email leo@leosterling.net with your WarriorPlus order id, or use "Get Support" on your WarriorPlus purchase page. Refunds are issued through WarriorPlus to the payment method you used, usually within 2 working days (banks may take a few more days to show it).

The same 30-day policy applies to every upgrade sold on this site, unless its own sales page says otherwise. A refund of the front end revokes the account and every upgrade attached to it; a refund of an upgrade alone revokes that upgrade only.

EU and UK consumers

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Our 30-day policy is longer than that and covers it: you may withdraw within 30 days without giving a reason, even after you have logged in and made books. You do not need the model withdrawal form; an email is enough.

After 30 days

Refunds are not available after 30 days, except where the app does not work as described and we cannot fix it, or where the law gives you the right to one. Books you have already made and downloaded remain yours after a refund.
